The Door is Open

This workshop will focus on identifying, inviting and utilizing ego states to increase self-acceptance, self-integration and self-regulation in the service of increasing inner ego strengths. For therapists working with clients with a variety of anxiety, depressive and situational issues, the Ego State Therapy model is creative, flexible and promotes growth and reduction of symptoms within the contextual modalities of many approaches. Some include but are not limited to hypnotherapy, EMDR, CBT, family systems and positive psychology models. A resource focused approach where every
part (even negative parts) is purposeful and can be moved to positive adaptive experiencing opens up new possibilities and expectancy in the collective work between therapist and client. The workshop will include didactive teaching, group experiential exercises and demos to illustrate the ease of the corrective emotional experience in therapeutic interventions.
