*This is taught once a year, usually in the summer. See below for available course dates.

*This will be an intimate setting with small group practice sessions, typically 6-18 individuals (depending on assistant availability), thus registration is limited.
*Prior hypnosis (min. Level 1) and Ego State training (min. of EST1) required.

Ego State Therapy Masterclass

Once you have obtained skills, it can be challenging to integrate them without adequate practice. This course will provide not only practice opportunities but experiential options to facilitate professional growth. You don't have to be a 'master', you can practice until you feel you have mastered the art of EST.

This group will be primarily experiential with little didactic material. Wendy will provide demonstrations and there will be opportunities for practice in supervised groups including time to process experiential learning.

About Wendy

​

Wendy Lemke is the co-founder of Ego State Therapy North American (ESTNA), the North American representative to Ego State Therapy International (ESTI), the editor of the ESTI newsletter, along with being a certified ESTNA and ESTI consultant and trainer. 

​

She is an American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH) fellow, certified approved consultant, and former Vice President of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH).  She is also an active member of the Minnesota Society of Clinical Hypnosis (MSCH) and has served on the Board and various committees for both organizations as well as teaching basic, intermediate, and advanced workshops at regional and annual conferences.

She is fellow of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD) and an active member and teacher for the organization.

​

She has received numerous awards.  She has been honored with four awards from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis: two awards for publishing, a Merit award, and a Presidential award for her continued efforts to expand clinical hypnosis education to the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation.  She was also awarded the Daniel P. Kohen M.D. Outstanding Clinician Award in recognition of outstanding leadership in the clinical practice, teaching, and utilization of therapeutic hypnosis by the Minnesota Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

She has published articles in the Journal of Trauma & Dissociation, and the American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis, and a chapter for a Hypnosis book (In press) in Germany. She wrote and produced the documentary:  You’re Not Crazy & You’re Not Alone: Inside the Inner World of Dissociative Identity Disorder as well as Self-hypnosis recordings for sleep and mental vacations.

Wendy is a licensed consulting and clinical psychologist with over thirty years of clinical experience. She is a sought-after presenter for her engaging style and expertise in the fields of clinical hypnosis, ego state therapy, and trauma related disorders.  She teaches and consults around the globe and enjoys sharing her passion for clinical hypnosis and helping others become certified.

About Cynthia

Cynthia Good, LMHC, RH, IBCLC, PMH-C is an integrative psychotherapist, consultant, supervisor, author, and trainer based in Washington state. She is an EMDR Certified Therapist, EMDR Consultant-in-Training, ESTNA/ESTI Certified Ego State Therapy (EST) Therapist, ESTNA/ESTI-approved EST Training Assistant, PMH-C Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She also holds ASCH Certification in Clinical Hypnosis. She specializes in the integrative treatment of complex trauma and mental health challenges during the reproductive, perinatal, and early parenting time period, including healing from domestic violence and narcissistic abuse and parenting while experiencing social injustice. Her blog, On the One Hand, explores issues and resources related to the experience and integrative treatment of complex trauma and other mental health challenges.


Cynthia serves on the advisory committee for Ego State Therapy North America (ESTNA) and as an EST Training Assistant to Wendy Lemke and Woltemade Hartman for both foundational and advanced EST training. In addition, since 1995, she has presented over 100 times at in-person and online conferences. workshops, seminars, and other events in the US and internationally, serving as a plenary and keynote speaker many times. She formerly served as Adjunct Professor in the Department of Midwifery at Bastyr University in Washington state, where she taught counseling skills, and at Parkland College where she taught psychology and statistics courses. She has decades of experience providing training related to psychology, lactation, parenting, and culture to health care providers, mental health care providers, organizations, and individuals.
